Britannia Beach House

Residential · Britannia Beach · 2025

A coastal residence organized around the relationship between interior space and the surrounding landscape.

Open volumes and moments of compression establish a sequence through the house. Measured proportions keep light and exterior views present within the interior.

Natural textures and a limited material palette connect the rooms to their setting.
